Terms & Conditions

Rescheduling/Cancellation:
If you need to reschedule or cancel your booking please give as much notice as possible.
If the booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or the appointment is missed, a cancellation fee for the full appointment cost will be charged and is non-refundable. Please note that insurance companies will not pay for missed appointments or late cancellations, therefore you will be obliged to pay the full amount for that appointment.
If you are cancelling/rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice, you will have to contact directly via email hello@growchiropractic.co.uk
Payment:
Prepayment is required for all appointments booked online.
Please note that all payments are taken via an integration with Stripe. Stripe stores and encrypts your payment information. No payment information is held within Grow Chiropractic and we have no access to your card details.
If you have an insurance policy that pays your appointment fees directly to Grow Chiropractic, please email to book.
